Below describes our Terms of Use, which applies to all transactions with Evolve and visits to this website. Our terms and conditions subject to change as our circumstances change. It is your duty to familiarize yourself with our most recent terms and conditions.

 We understand your concern that your personal data needs to be protected. This is our priority. All of your personal data is treated in conformance with the current legal data protection requirements as described below under our Privacy Policy.

DISCLAIMER

We can not guarantee that all the items available at the Evolve web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you directly by phone or by e-mail. Evolve cannot warrant that the content of this website is at all time free of inaccuracies or geographical errors. Evolve does our best to always display the correct images and prices on our website but errors can occur. If you have been charged incorrectly when shopping on our site, we will give you the option of placing a new order or cancelling your order. If we are unable to make contact with you, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Shipping and customs etc. are performed by outside organizations. We cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. Evolve will not be held to blame for any damaged caused from using the site or for that matter not being able to use the site. Evolve can not guarantee uninterrupted and secure access to the web site.

UNCOLLECTED ITEMS

Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items

Our Logo may not be copied modified or used without the written permission from Evolve riders Sweden AB.

VIOLATION OF RULES

Evolve Riders Sweden AB reserves the right by law to prosecute any infringements of our trademarks and logo.

FORCE MAJEURE

In case of Force Majeure, Evolve Riders Sweden AB reserves the right to suspend all obligations. The contract between you and Evolve can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Evolve. Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockdown, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Evolve will do everything we can to uphold our responsibility to our customers..

PAYMENT METHODS

All transactions on Evolve’s web site are processed using Shopify payments, a third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. Evolve reserves the right to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

ORDER PROCESS & CONFIRMATION

We will do our best to fulfill orders within two working days. Shipping takes between 2 and 10 working days depending on where you are. We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final confirmation.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All EU orders, VAT is included in the advertised price.

For all orders outside the European Union, Evolve Riders Sweden will not be liable for import duties and related taxes, these are the responsibility of the buyer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Evolve delivers worldwide.

 

UNCOLLECTED ITEMS

Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items.

 

RETURNS

To return an item you must contact us within 14 days from the date your package arrives. Evolve accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss of returned packages and we recommend that insurance of the returned package through your chosen courier and please obtain your tracking number until your refund has been processed. Returns must be in new (unused condition) and include all original product packaging, open boxes are ok. The packaging must be clear of any markings. Products purchased on our website will not be exchanged or refunded at outlets who carry our products.

Please include your order number when processing a return.

Please email us and include a description and attach photos of the damaged item.

REFUNDS

Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase. Refunds are issued as soon as Evolve has fully processed the return and received the returned goods. This can take up to 15 business days, please be patient.

RETURN SHIPPING METHODS -

Please use the shipping provider of your choice to return your package back to Evolve. Return shipping costs and other fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 LAW

The terms and conditions are constructed in accordance with the Swedish law and as a user, you agree that the Swedish judicial system will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of the country where you reside could be different from the laws in Sweden. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
