Exchanges and Returns

  • Can I Return or Exchange my items? We accept returns and exchanges as long as the item is in new condition. Open boxes are fine, but any signs of use will not be accepted. Unless this it is a warranty return, you will be responsible for shipping charges on returns and exchanges. 
  • How long can I return or exchange my product? You have 14 days from the day you received the product to return or exchange.

Warranty

  • What is Your Warranty? Warranties cover defective items up to 24 months. Be sure to send photos of the issue/defect when sending a warranty claim.
